Job Details
- Licensure/certifications required: RTRM, ARRT and Massachusetts State licensures
- Must have primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
Job Requirements
- MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required for onboarding
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually; no onsite fit testing available at most locations
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
- MGB References: 2 recent references required, minimum 1 supervisor or above
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- MGB Education Verification through background check company
- MGB SSN Trace and National Sex Offender Check required
- MGB Exclusion Checks required
- MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD, updated annually
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission
