- Location: Bourne, MA (02532) - Cape Cod, Massachusetts
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Setting: Outpatient Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Clinic
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, on-site
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment or mental health programs preferred
- Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC1
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards in behavioral healthcare
- Oversee clinical reviews to monitor patient progress and ensure high-quality mental health and addiction care
- Supervise, train, and mentor clinical staff, supporting professional development
- Manage staff schedules to ensure comprehensive clinical coverage
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Conduct performance appraisals and participate in hiring and termination decisions
- Engage in program planning, development, and management activities
- Provide direct counseling and clinical services as needed
- Collaborate with administrative, admissions, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulatory and licensing standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support achievement of program goals
