Clinical Supervisor Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment or mental health programs preferred
• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC1
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards in behavioral healthcare
