Location: Cohasset
Phlebotomist I – Cohasset, MA
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
Pay Range$20.58 - $22.74 per hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market and organizational factors. Eligible for annual performance bonus.

- Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
- Administer oral solutions per training.
- Research test/client information and confirm and verify orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
- Navigate a computer and accurately enter data; requirement for success.
- Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information, collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
- Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport) as required by test order.
- Perform non‑patient‑facing duties (inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, using email).
- Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
- Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
- Maintain all phlebotomy logs in a timely manner according to frequency (maintenance logs, temperature logs).
- Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
Effective communication in English is required.
