Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This hands‑on leadership role will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, audits, and cash management while ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

$125,000 - $150,000 + bonus

• Oversee all accounting functions, reporting, and financial analysis
• Financial statement preparation
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Maintain banking relationships and cash flow oversight
• Oversee AP, AR, and GL activity
• Lead and mentor finance team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
