Our client is an established, expanding, acquisitive, private equity-backed services company based in the Boston metro region.

The newly created role,
Manager of FP&A, will play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of a business experiencing significant growth and transformation. The Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate closely with both senior leadership and the private equity Board, offering exposure to executive-level initiatives.

• Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly/annual forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis to the executive team.
• Build cadence and discipline around forecasting updates and performance reporting.
• Implement tools and technologies to enhance automation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of progressive FP&A experience with strong financial modeling and strategic analysis capabilities. Experience in the construction or service industries, as well as exposure to M&A and Net Suite, is advantageous.
