Fraud & BSA Specialist; Part time

UMassFive College Federal Credit Union is looking for a part‑time motivated professional to serve as the Fraud & BSA Specialist.

The 25 hour per week Fraud & BSA Specialist is responsible for providing primary support for ATM exceptions, Enfact Case Tracker cases, and assisting retail staff via Slack. This role ensures timely escalation and resolution of CAMS data issues and collaborates with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Backup responsibilities include monitoring and responding to fraud and financial crime alerts, conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, supporting BSA/AML compliance, and assisting with CTRs, SARs, and fraud investigations.

• Analyze and compare data, including information from Verafin, for fraud trends. Work closely with Teammates and Fiserv Risk Office Manager and make recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Work Verafin alerts for Account and Card Fraud.
• In Verafin work EDD review for High‑Risk Members.
• Work alerts for BSA/AML.
• Back up support for CTR and SARs.
• Open cases and follow‑up on un‑confirmed fraudulent and non‑fraudulent transactions with Fiserv. Work with retail fraud liaison to contact members to confirm fraud.
• Compile, investigate, and submit fraud documentation in preparation for CUNA Mutual claims.
• Back up processor for daily Enfact Case Tracker Cases.
• Assist retail via Slack to answer questions and fulfill requests.
• Analyze Cams in DTS and notify management and teammates as necessary.
• Process ATM Exceptions, as back up.

High School Diploma; demonstrated ability to work as a team; excellent communication and computer skills. Qualified candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task.

Hours: Part‑time, 25 hours per week

Telecommute Status: Flexible

Grade NE 08: Min – $22.83 – Mid: $28.54 – Max: $34.25
