We have several levels in our Community Banker program, from entry level – which requires no experience – up to an Assistant Branch Manager.

If you are hired for one of our openings, your level of Community Banker will be based upon your experience. Responsibilities include processing customer transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. We offer an environment of excellence where teamwork and accountability are a must.

• Strong customer service, communication and computer skills along with cash handling experience.
• Ability to work in any of Adams Community Bank branches.
• High school diploma or the equivalent is a must, and the ability to operate an online teller system.
• Prior cash handling and/or banking experience is highly preferred; feel free to list your history of successes.
• Ability to pass a background and credit check.
