BENEFITS (SUMMER ONLY): three meals a day, housing, free access to classes, performances, talks, and studio usage as well as personal and sick time.
Jacob’s Pillow seeks an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Programming Coordinator to support the Programming Department during the Festival season. This entry-level role is designed for early-career professionals in arts administration, company management, and festival operations. The Programming Coordinator provides hands-on support across logistics, hospitality, and event execution while gaining exposure to artist relations, program planning, and cross-departmental collaboration.## Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Interest in arts administration, programming, event management, or hospitality.
* Previous work experience, internship, or volunteer in the arts, events, or hospitality
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and long days during the Festival.
* Valid driver’s license and comfort running errands or driving for work purposes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Comfort and eligibility to drive a 12-passenger van (valid driver’s license required).
* Multilingual skills are a plus.
* Experience in event coordination and hospitality (catering, restaurant, or hotel services).
* Knowledge of the dance and/or performing arts field.
