This position is a senior level technical individual contributor on the Process Automation Team within the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. The incumbent will maintain, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Aveva PI Systems, and provide support for the Delta

V and BAS systems. This individual will be responsible for complex tasks within the group and operate autonomously with minor guidance and direction.

• Subject matter expert for the Aveva PI and Data Historian Systems.
• Lead complex technical efforts, such as large scope changes or difficult integrations.
• Integrate with cross‑functional teams throughout the site to perform qualification and validation.
• Support audits as a front‑room representative.
• Knowledgeable of Delta
  
  V, Syncade, and other manufacturing systems.

• 4+ years experience with Aveva PI (PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Vision).
• Experience with designing and implementing data system interfaces and integrations.
• Deep understanding of 21
  
  CFR
  11 and Data Integrity principles.
• Experience working with both enterprise and local teams.
• Understanding of Validation Lifecycle Management, including the planning, creation, and execution of IQs, OQs, and PQs.
• Experience working with SQL, Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Experience with QMS systems (Veeva, or similar) and GMP Quality Processes (Deviation Management, Change Controls, etc.) required.
• Ability to troubleshoot network, control, and data systems from the field element up through operator interfaces and databases.
• Experience with IT Ticketing Systems (Service Now or similar).
• Excellent communication skills including oral, written, and formal presentations.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a variety of audiences.

• Experience with Control System Networking Technologies and PC networking technologies.
• Understanding of S88, S95, and batch processing operations.
• Understanding engineering documentation such as P&IDs, network diagrams, process flow diagrams, and SOPs.
• Experienced with Delta
  
  V, Syncade, or equivalent manufacturing and control systems.
• Experience with Validation Lifecycle Management Systems (Valgenesis, or similar).
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with .Net scripting.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or its equivalent.
• 4–6 years experience working with Aveva PI.
• 2+ years experience working with control systems (Delta
  
  V, BAS, PLCs) in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector.

Devens – MA – US $108,650 – $131,655 per year. The starting compensation range is listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
