Job Description

Perform detailed land and site surveys using advanced surveying equipment to gather data for construction projects. Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports that guide construction activities. Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the surveying process. Maintain detailed records of survey data, including measurements, calculations, and field notes.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct detailed land and site surveys using advanced surveying equipment.

+ Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

+ Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues during the surveying process.

+ Maintain detailed records of survey data, including measurements, calculations, and field notes.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Surveying, Construction, GPS, and use of Total Station equipment.

+ Experience in land surveying, civil construction, and civil engineering.

+ Expertise in using AutoCAD software.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

+ Prior experience with a site contractor or surveying company.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.
