School Age Site Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a School Age Site Coordinator to supervise and evaluate staff at our before and after school programs in Wareham and Hyannis. The Coordinator will implement care programs in accordance with state regulations, engage and supervise children, and manage day‑to‑day operations.

• Supervise and evaluate School Age education staff at our two before and after school programs.
• Implement before/after school care programs in compliance with state regulations.
• Engage, supervise, and care for children in the Before And/or After‑School Programs.

• DEEC LTPS & Director II license.
• Bachelor?s degree or advanced degree in education or a related field such as Child Care, Psychology.
• Knowledge of the comprehensive purpose and philosophy of Head Start.
• Demonstrated ability to write grants.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement an education program for preschool and school‑age children from 3‑12 years of age.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.

• All candidates must undergo a background check where applicable prior to beginning employment.
• Positions are open until a suitable candidate is found.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age upon hire.
• Candidate must be able to speak and understand English.
• Valid MA state driver?s license, first aid certificate, medical certificate, and TB test.
