Our childcare center is in search of qualified workers to help monitor and lead activities throughout the day. The position is for Childcare Teacher(s) at our Easton Branch
. Full‑time positions are hourly, 40 hours weekly, M‑F shifts range between 6:45 am and 5:30 pm.

The Teacher will plan and implement a program of activities which will ensure each childесь“’s personal safety while providing enrichment, physical challenges and learning experiences. The Teacher will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agency.

• Understand and ensure EEC regulations and NAEYC standards as well as Old Colony Y policies (Child Bunifu Youth Care ضغط, Child Guidance Policy, Health Care Policy) are maintained at all times.
• Plan, develop, and implement the program curriculum in accordance with EEC regulations, NAEYC standards and Old Colony YMCA’S policies.
• Gear the lesson plans to the needs of ನರ individual children with concern for their interests, abilities and needs шп special talents, cultural diversity, and individual style and pace of learning.
• Leadership of daily activities as well as classroom arrangement, appearance and overall learning environment.

• Minimum of 21 years of age or have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet EEC requirements for education and experience for Teacher.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
