Job Description Southeastern Regional High School is seeking dedicated and passionate JV and Freshman softball coaches to support the head coach in building a competitive and inclusive high school athletics program. These positions play a vital role in fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship among coaches, players, and their families.Position Overview:
The JV and Freshman softball coaches will work under the direction of the head coach, assisting in all aspects of program development and execution. The ideal candidates will be committed to student-athlete growth, both on and off the field, and will contribute to creating a positive and competitive environment for players.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Skills:
A strong understanding of the structure and operation of an interscholastic athletic program.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A commitment to obtaining MIAA Coaches Education Certification before or during the first season.
CPR certification from the American Red Cross (or an equivalent provider) required.
