Teacher, Early Childhood Education

Raising Eagles Montessori Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our friendly team. We provide care and education for children aged 2–5 years, with a focus on fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

As a Montessori Teacher, you will:

• Provide high standards of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of every child.
• Support colleagues and work collaboratively to create an enabling environment for all children to thrive.

• Create and maintain a stimulating Montessori classroom environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Observe, assess, and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Model positive behaviour, respect, and effective communication.
• Work as part of a supportive team and engage in ongoing professional development.

• Montessori Certificate from a recognised training centre.
• Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with children aged 2–5.
• Strong understanding of child development and the Montessori approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
