Practice Type: Solo Dentist / Primary Provider

Patient Base: 95% PPO, 5% Self Pay or Discount Plan

Clinical Focus: Bread & Butter dentistry, molar endo, and surgical extractions

Preferred Experience: 2-3 years

• Daily rate starting at $900/day
• 35% of collections

• Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
• Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
• Minimum two (2) years general dentist practice experience
• Molar endo, surgical extractions experience preferred
