Beacon - 530 Turnpike Street [Customer Service Representative] As a Sales Center Representative at Beacon, you'll:
Develop a strong understanding of the Beacon eCommerce platform and the benefits to customers and internal employees;
Respond timely and accurately to customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner;
Listen closely to customer inquiries in order to ensure accurate understanding of the problem;
