A leading residential groundworks contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy commercial team in Chatham. The role
You will manage the commercial aspects of residential groundworks projects from start to finish. This includes cost planning, estimating, contract administration, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

• Proven Quantity Surveyor experience within residential groundworks
• Strong commercial and contract management skills
• Experience with cost planning, estimating and subcontractor management

• Based locally or able to commute to Chatham

Salary and package
£60,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package reflecting responsibility and experience.
