Behavior Technician – LEARN Behavioral

LEARN Behavioral (BCI) is looking for a Behavior Technician to help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through play‑based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

• Support children with autism in learning and building new skills via ABA.
• Participate in play‑based therapy sessions with children aged 1.5 to 18+.
• Help families reach their goals and maintain communication.
• Assist with physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds, as well as bending, standing, walking, and running.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Commitment to working a consistent weekly schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum age 18.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Genuine desire to help children with autism and their families.
• Compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA.
• Basic background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children (babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or similar).
• Bi‑lingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Passion for creating lasting, positive change for children and families.

• Full‑time: up to 15 days paid time off after 90 days.
• Part‑time: eligible for sick leave.
