The Administrator III – Shipping individual will be part of a small team but will make a big impact. This role will primarily be in shipping & receiving however will cross train in all functions of the logistics operation.

• Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization.
• Handle all day-to-day shipping functions, packaging, labeling, contact Freight Forwarders for pickups.
• Packing products for shipment to customers, producing the documentation that is required for export compliance.
• Responsible for Receiving Production, Expense, RMA (Returned Material), and Virtual items.
• Participate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to the manager.
• Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.

• US Citizenship/Permanent US Residency Required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross functional team members.
• 5+ years of industry experience in warehousing / shipping / receiving / distribution.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and internal customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of success.
• International and freight forwarding shipping experience. Familiarity with Export regulations and has had Dangerous goods certification or is willing to get certified. Has experience filing with AES for international shipments.
• Experience working with an ERP System as well as Agile.
• Minimum 5 years working knowledge of UPS and Fed Ex online shipping system.
• Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.
• HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
