What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW and MINI vehicles with precision.
  • Utilize BMW ISTA and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues accurately.
  • Conduct and document Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to provide customers with clear, transparent reports.
  • Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs
    , including engine, transmission, and drivetrain work.
  • Work efficiently and ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors and customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 10+ years of experience working on BMW Group vehicles.
  • ASE or equivalent European certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Extensive knowledge of BMW ISTA and experience using an automotive oscilloscope.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills – the more technical, the better.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset – no egos, just pros.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
