- Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW and MINI vehicles with precision.
- Utilize BMW ISTA and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Conduct and document Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to provide customers with clear, transparent reports.
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs
, including engine, transmission, and drivetrain work. - Work efficiently and ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- 10+ years of experience working on BMW Group vehicles.
- ASE or equivalent European certifications (preferred but not required).
- Extensive knowledge of BMW ISTA and experience using an automotive oscilloscope.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills – the more technical, the better.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset – no egos, just pros.
