We’re looking for a friendly, organized Full Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a professional office environment.

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Greet and check in clients as they arrive.
• Offer guests water, coffee, or hot chocolate.
• Notify the appropriate team member when their client arrives.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Prior reception or customer service experiences a plus.

• Pay: $20/hour
