About the RoleWe’re looking for a friendly, organized Full Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a professional office environment.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Greet and check in clients as they arrive.
- Offer guests water, coffee, or hot chocolate.
- Notify the appropriate team member when their client arrives.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
- Prior reception or customer service experiences a plus.
