We are a family-owned and operated Ford dealership with deep roots in the community. Our team is dedicated to providing honest, reliable service in a welcoming environment. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Biller / Clerk / RMV Registrar to join our office team.
Position Summary:This role is responsible for processing vehicle sales paperwork, handling title and registration transactions through CVR, and supporting the office with light bookkeeping and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Process new and used vehicle sales for billing and registration
- Submit title and registration paperwork through the Massachusetts CVR system
- Ensure compliance with RMV regulations and dealership policies
- Verify deal documentation including contracts, payoffs, and trade-in titles
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as posting transactions and reconciling schedules
- Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, and answering phones
- Maintain accurate and organized records of vehicle deals and title work
- Communicate with sales, finance, and service departments to resolve issues
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Experience with automotive billing, title work, or RMV registration (3-5 years of experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Massachusetts CVR and RMV systems
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent require
