Job Title: Accounts Payable
Location: Stow, Massachusetts (MA 01775, USA)
Duration: 3 Months
Job Type: Part-Time | Contract
Radiant Systems is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to support accounting operations for a short-term contract role. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and experience handling invoices and vendor communications.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices through to payment in the accounting system
- Data entry of invoices, refunds, and fixed assets into the accounting database
- File and maintain payment documentation and financial records
- Review and research vendor statements to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries
- Assist with annual fixed asset reporting review
- Records management including organizing and boxing up files
- Experience with Accounts Payable or Accounting support
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage financial records accurately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
