Fund Accounting Associate (Hybrid, South of Foxboro MA)

Our client is a well-known PE firm, located South of Foxboro, MA, and they are seeking a 1+ year fund accounting professional to join their growing team! This position requires a minimum of 1 year of fund accounting experience, working on alternative funds, or public accounting experience working on financial services clients (PE, Hedge, VC etc.) This role will pay up to 95K base, depending on relevant and applicable experience, plus bonus potential.

• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation
• Assist with weekly cash activity reporting, wire transfers, and cash management
• Prepare and track fund capital calls and distributions
• Support preparation of quarterly financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors and respond to limited partner inquiries
• Produce ad hoc reports and assist with special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1 year of relevant fund accounting experience;
  Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
• CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Workday and/or Investran a plus
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work standards
