Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $25-30 per hour

This Accounts Payable Specialist role is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who wants ownership, not busywork. The Accounts Payable Specialist will support core accounting and month‑end functions while partnering closely with leadership to keep processes accurate and efficient.

This role is ideal for an Accounts Payable Specialist who likes clean data, strong processes, and continuous improvement. You’ll gain exposure beyond AP, including reconciliations, billing support, and audit coordination.

• Process invoices, match POs, and validate receiving documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and corporate credit card activity
• Manage 1099 reporting and filings
• Support month‑end close and AP‑related journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Assist with billing, audits, and special projects

• 1+ year of accounting or Accounts Payable Specialist experience required
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
