Job Title: Asset Protection Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Mason, OH (100% Onsite)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Duration: 9 months contract

About the Role

Join our team as an Asset Protection (AP) Coordinator and help protect people, property, and products in our Mason facility. In this hands‑on role you’ll monitor security systems, conduct safety audits, and investigate theft concerns. You’ll also support emergency responses, prepare reports, complete training, and drive a culture of loss prevention.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor CCTV and Access Control systems
  • Investigate internal and external theft or fraud
  • Audit for safety and insurance purposes
  • Conduct training and assist with new hires
  • Collaborate with managers and law enforcement
  • Respond to emergencies (medical, weather) as needed
  • Document cases and preserve evidence
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ Retail Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
