Provide customer service to clients and visitors;
Receive and triage incoming calls, radio traffic, and alarm notifications; dispatch officers and/or notify appropriate responders based on established post orders;
Monitor CCTV and other security-related systems, identify irregular activity, and communicate observations to on-site personnel and/or management in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in written logs and reports; maintain clear communication with supervisors and site contacts;
Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer locations, coordinating coverage for high-traffic areas, and assisting with incident response as needed
