Security Officer - Flex Dispatch

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and shoppers by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities within a retail and mall location;
Monitor alarms, CCTV, radios, and phone lines; dispatch officers to incidents and service requests; and/or coordinate responses with mall management and local authorities as directed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering details, prioritizing calls, and relaying accurate information to responding personnel;
Complete required reports and logs, including incident documentation, shift activity summaries, and communication records, while maintaining confidentiality of security-related information;
Support regular and random patrol coverage by tracking patrol check-ins, communicating post assignments, and helping to identify unusual activity around the business and perimeter
