Job Description

The Account Executive position is responsible for building and maintaining strong, healthy relationships with our independent agency sub-producer clients. As the primary contact for clients, the primary responsibilities are designed to provide a best-in-class client experience while increasing revenue and retention for the company. Account Executives will strive to be trusted, knowledgeable industry resources to clients. The role will also act as a liaison to all internal operations, sales, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do (Functions and Responsibilities)

* Manage relationships with appointed Independent Agency clients

* Lead efforts to grow revenue and increase sales (current & new products)

* Increase participation and utilization by Independent Agencies

* Create reports to analyze data and present to management

* Coordinate client needs with the ePremium organization

* Be proactive in identifying process improvement initiatives.
