What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

• Support STNAs and help create a positive work environment

• Maintain accurate records and follow facility protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio (required)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical skills and good judgment

• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure

• Ability to communicate well with staff, residents, and families
