Machine Operator – Liquid Pouch

Location: Mason, OH

Job Type: Regular – 3rd Shift (11 pm–7 am)

We are looking for skilled machine operators to work in our ketchup/mustard packaging area. Your role will involve operating filling equipment, packaging finished products, performing minor machine adjustments, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This position requires a team‑oriented, safety‑focused individual who can adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and assemble corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Seal cases with tape gun or tape machine and label finished cases.
• Place finished cases on pallets according to predetermined placements.
• Monitor merchandise cases for proper weight and packaging components.
• Follow scrap procedures for machine scrap.
• Maintain accurate hourly machine counts for visual boards.
• React to visual board information and assist with machine start‑ups.
• Clean and rinse equipment during change‑overs; keep work area and station clean.
• Label sides and ends of boxes and place stickers or other identifying information per customer requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; GMP/regulated industry experience a plus.
• Availability to work all shifts, including second‑, third‑shift, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and balance changing priorities.
• Safety‑oriented with a history of safe work habits.
• Positive team‑focused attitude.

• Starting pay $24.07 per hour.
