Machine Operator – Mason, OH
Our team is currently seeking Machine Operators to work in our Liquid Pouch department. We focus on safety and quality‑oriented people who can demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Work Schedule3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (2nd shift variable based on assigned work). Overtime is possible and will be either 4 hours before or after the regular shift.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- History of safe work practices.
- Prior experience in a warehouse‑shipping/receiving‑logistics environment is required.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement quality standards.
- Achieve a qualified score on the job skills assessment – coordinated after a passing interview score.
- Starting pay $23.80 per hour.

As part of our Liquid Pouch Production team you will be delivering supplies to machines and processing kettles that make everything from ranch to syrup.
Responsibilities & Duties- Staging ingredients – moving packaging and product for production runs.
- Maintaining housekeeping in the department.
- Operating filling equipment and making minor changes.
- Rinsing and cleaning machines, assisting in machine set‑ups, and ensuring accurate hourly machine counts for visual boards.
- Labeling sides and ends of boxes and placing stickers or other identifying information as requested by the customer.
- Assisting with 5S and other projects; advising the inventory specialist of potential or ongoing inventory problems; working closely with lead/supervisor to ensure production requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Inspecting locations in the designated area to ensure product safety by changing pallets, slip sheets and covering all ingredients and film; assisting in implementing new procedures and continuous improvement.
- Accurately completing all paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
