Machine Operator II (Day Shift) – Starting at $23.85/hr
Location:
Mason, Ohio. Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. Paid lunches.

- Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely, efficiently and at high quality.
- Enforce safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
- Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
- Improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
- Perform utility duties during slow periods.
- Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems.
- Conduct on‑time quality checks.
- Assist in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance work.
- Maintain safe and tidy work area.
- Complete required documentation.
- Coordinate with Production Shift Supervisor.
- Verify material usage per standards.
- Execute minor troubleshooting and programming.
- Minimize regrind, purge and scrap generation.
- Communicate processing information between shifts.
- Assist in training new operators.
- Limited travel may be required.
Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.
Requirements- Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
- Computer usage and typing skills essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines.
- Convey facts and information clearly.
- Collaborate well with others; volunteer to help.
The expected salary range for this position is based on legal mandates in certain US jurisdictions. Final compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
