This position will be responsible for the printing, movement and proper storage of all production labeling dissolution the accuracy of the inventory Donation system. The Label Technician will work within the MRP system to ensure the availability of Instruction For Use (IFU) stock and blank label supply. With a focus on quality, accuracy and workflow, the technician will also perform all physical inventory activities and may be cross‑trained to the Inventory Control Associate role for order picking.

• Maintain full understanding of label software to print product labels
• Complete reconciliation forms in Master Control for IFUs and validate labels for accuracy
• Maintain inventory of blank and pre‑printed labels
• Maintain inventory of pre‑printed IFU booklets
• Put away received labels and IFUs from Receiving
• Put away IFU returns from production
• Issue product labels and IFUs to each manufacturing work order
• Report activity and workflow to material control supervisor
• Perform other material control activities as assigned by supervisor
• Demonstrate high level of inventory system knowledge in GP and train less experienced staff
• Work independently to achieve high volume and accuracy //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
• Complete cycle counts promptly and accurately
• Maintain integrity of system inventory data for assigned responsibilities
• Maintain required records per the quality system
• Identify and communicate material issues or shortages that may disrupt production
• Organize and keep inventory area clean and orderly

• May receive truck lift training

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, trainingatexperience
• Ability to learn label software
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
• Computer/data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi‑task

• Material control experience
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Experience with inventory and computer transactions

• Regular walking, sitting or standing as needed
• Occasional bending, pushing or pulling
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; sometimes more than 25 lbs
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
