Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $15.00 Per Hour

• Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport, lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk around facilities 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas; maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal)

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations or perform work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
