JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for creating and revising graphic assets for the website to serve marketing purposes. Analytics-Web analytics implementation and monitoring for activities and campaigns aligned with marketing plan.
• Merchandising Product content and coordination of planning activities to support activation of featured products associated with marketing activities (including Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews vendor). Publishing
• Supervisory function - Administrator responsible for loading, scheduling, testing marketing and product assets on the website.
• Including asset adjustment/creation as needed.
• Organic Traffic Strategy definition and iProspect vendor management for search engine optimization plan and execution of enhancements via content management system or web development.
• Social Media Strategy definition and Target Media Network vendor management for Target Optical Face Book posts (creative development, merchandising, analytics, and web site user experience) and consultation on CL co-op Social Media initiatives.
• Local Marketing Optimizations and maintenance of local retail pages (lead offers, bursts, co-op updates)

Specific Skills Needed:

• Project Management of all web related work (content deployment, UAT management, web development)
• Organization & Prioritization of work
• Adaptable/Flexible
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of UAT process
• Understanding of content management tooling
• Understanding of development lifecycle Function
• Definition and execution of online marketing plan (including custom support or optimizations for media, CRM, CL Co-op, eCom, Brand chargebacks, and third party agencies) Content (creative)
