As a Home Care Aide, you willwork within our clients’ homes in West Chester, Mason,Lebanon and surrounding areas to help them improve their quality of life, health and overall wellness.

• Competitive Pay: $14.50-$17.50 per hour based on experience
• Caregiver Career Path provides all caregivers opportunities for 5-10% increases in wages after 90 days, 180 days and 2 years, and for additional responsibility and promotions every year after that

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with office and family
• Bathing,showering, toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing & grooming
• Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing incoming mail
• Transferring and providing transportation to doctor, beauty salon, etc

Job Requirements:

• Genuinely concerned about helping people
• Be able to pass a background & criminal record check
• Pass a drug Screening test
• Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States
• Have a reliable vehicle & proof of auto insurance
• At least one year of caregiving experience as acaregiver, home health aide, HHA, personal care assistant, PCA, etc
