Qualifications:

1. Valid certificate/license issued by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce

2. Five (5) years successful classroom teaching experience (or equivalent)

3. Knowledge of and support for Ohio's Career Connections Framework and the components of the CCWMR measure, as well as

demonstration of a clear understanding of the regional approach to workforce development; familiarity with Liked Up Connect, preferred

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

5. Demonstration of the ability to build strong relationships with students and families.

6. Technology experience (i.e., spreadsheets, email, electronic presentation, etc.)
