OverviewWe are seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create user‑friendly designs that solve real‑world problems. Key Responsibilities- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into design solutions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system.
- Stay up to date on UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2‑4 years of experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio of user‑centered designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for user experience and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- PMP Certified
