Customer Service Rep

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 - $20/hr
What You'll Do:- Accurately enter customer purchase orders and quotes by the end of the business day
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and report product or process issues, suggesting improvements
- Provide excellent customer service in a supportive work environment
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
- Customer service and order entry experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving product issues
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
