Our client in Mason, OH is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join their team in a hybrid work environment (on-site two days per week). This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in customer service, call center support, or client services who enjoy helping customers, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience through clear communication and strong problem‑solving skills.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, andosion chat
- Provide accurate information about accounts, services, and processes
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Complete data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Use strong phone etiquette and communication skills to support a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
- Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) occupied general computer systems
- Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving abilities
- cached comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (on‑site 2 days per week in Mason, OH)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm

Mason, OH (On-site 2 days per week; remote the rest of the week)
