Our client in Mason, OH is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join their team in a hybrid work environment (on-site two days per week). What You'll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about accounts, services, and processes
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Complete data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Use strong phone etiquette and communication skills to support a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and general computer systems
• Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (on-site 2 days per week in Mason, OH)
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm
• Knowledge of sales techniques or customer service best practices is a plus
