Construction Safety Associate

A member of our professional safety team in Cincinnati, OH, working night shift with a pay range of $35-$40/hr.

• Hours:
  
  Night shift – 6pm to 4am, four 10‑hour days, with occasional f‑and‑s OT.
• Rate of Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Location:
  
  Cincinnati, OH.
• Assignment: 8‑12 months.

• Prefer local to area/greater Cincinnati.
• High School diploma or GED (higher secondary education/degree preferred).
• OSHA 30, OSHA 510, CHST preferred or additional construction experience.
• Qualified/Competent Person:
  Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Excavation/Trenching, Elevated/Roofing Work, Crane and Crane Works, etc.
• 5‑10 years of construction and manufacturing field safety compliance, supervisory experience.
• Well‑versed in industrial hygiene concepts and monitoring practices (silica, respiratory protection, etc.; CIH ideal, not required).
• Excellent writing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, SharePoint, TEAMS).
• Great communication skillset – written & verbal.
• Eager and willing to learn with an attitude that supports a collaborative team environment.
• Flexible to weekend work and possible night shifts (with advanced notice).
• Immediate mobilization/placement for acceptable and approved candidate.
