Location: This role requires associates to be in‑office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and flexibility. The position is based in Colorado, with alternate locations considered where feasible.

• Provide expertise to lower‑level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal solutions.
• Determine specific business application software requirements for highly complex and varied business needs.
• Lead teams of analysts on high‑impact projects that shape how we do business.
• Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 10 years of business analysis experience, including analysis, project management, and working knowledge of mainframe computer hardware and operating systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel to work sites and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or virtually, the salary range for this position is $106,128 to $159,192, based on location, experience, and skill level.
