Purchasing Assistant

Hours:

8am - 5pm (Monday-Friday/Temp Assignment)

Duties and responsibilities:

- Creates and places weekly material orders.
- Closes Materials and supplies received into the computer DB
- Prepares monthly reports for cycle counts and makes appropriate inventory adjustment.
- Enters various data and prepares reports.
- Inputs, distributes, files and tracks purchase orders.
- Assists AP with problem invoices.
- Assists accounting with purchase price variance reports.
- Strong Excel Skills
Qualification Requirements:
An individual must be performing each essential duty satisfactorily
