Quality Document Specialist

• Execute, maintain, and improve the Document Control program per internal and regulatory policies and procedures;
  • Create new and revise existing procedures and checklists, as necessary, with a high level of ability in QMS document formatting, and accuracy
  • Support Document Change Request (DCR) processes; word-process final version of new or revised documents for approval
  • Resolve documentation issues with the collaboration of subject matter experts and technical staff
• Administer the IQS Quality software system
• Train personnel on the IQS software system, especially the Document Control process
• Maintain employee training records in IQS
• Document Customer Order Certificates to demonstrate conformance to the requirements of the order.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer and regulatory audits

• Experience writing and editing documents
• Ability to read and interpret documents, such as regulatory standards, drawings, and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees within the organization.
