• Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build wardrobes, while participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.

• Guide the customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver an omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Support shipment processes and omni order fulfilment, including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
