• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: Every third weekend and every other holiday
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070 – $2,180 (estimated travel nurse pay)

• Active RN license (Iowa or compact state) — must be eligible to work in Iowa
• Minimum 1 year of ICU / critical care nursing experience required
• ICU certification or equivalent critical care credential preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (American Heart Association)
• Competency with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, arterial/central line care, and titration of vasoactive drips
• Proficient with EMR documentation and unit-based workflows
• Ability to complete onboarding: background check, health screenings, and competency testing
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills for high-acuity patients

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic parameters
• Manage ventilators and respiratory support in collaboration with respiratory therapy
• Administer and titrate IV medications, infusions, and vasoactive drips per protocol
• Care for patients with central lines, arterial lines, and other invasive monitoring devices
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Accurate EMR charting of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate and support patients and families; uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
