A healthcare opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures. This position offers the chance to work with complex cardiovascular surgical cases, applying advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering perioperative nursing care during cardiovascular surgeries.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain sterile field and surgical asepsis throughout procedures.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment specific to cardiovascular operations.
• Provide post-operative care and education to patients and families as necessary.
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately 10-12 days per month, including every third weekend.

Schedule:

• Day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• On-call duties as specified.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Specialized experience or certification in Cardiovascular Operating Room nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to function efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work day shifts and participate in on-call rotation.
