Join the team of 1 Hospice Medical Director.
- PRN flexible hours
- End of life symptom management with hospice patients in long‑term care centers, assisted living, and their homes.
- Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles from Mason City.
- Board certified as an ARNP or PA; must be licensed in the state of Iowa and hold an active DEA/CSA before first day of employment.
- EOE; drug screen required.
